Renewals
​
The subscription will automatically renew for the period you originally signed up for until you notify us of your decision to terminate your subscription. You agree that your subscription will be billed automatically at the beginning of each renewal period to the credit card or billing information you used in your most recent transaction with us. You must notify us of your intent to cancel the subscription in writing by e-mail no less than thirty (30) days in advance of the end of the Subscription Term. Information used to determine your identity is only information provided by you. When you register with our website and/or sign up for a free trial of our Service, we may ask you to provide your name, address, email address and telephone number, and details relevant to your occupation or employer. If you subscribe to the Service, we will also ask for payment details. Credit/debit card payments are processed using a third-party supplier. Payment information available to MDR is limited to the type of credit card used for payment, the last four digits of the card, and the expiration date of such card.
When you visit sites in the MDR network, our servers may also collect website usage information and information about your computer, including your computer´s operating system, internet browser type, and your computer´s IP address. Additionally, once you subscribe to the Service, MDR collects information on the sections or pages of MDR’s portal that you visit in order to improve your membership experience over time. MDR also collects your report preferences for the purpose of alerting you to the specific reports you wish to read in a timely manner. Data collected by MDR is also used to optimize your experience on MDR’s site and to assist in answering questions that you may have about your subscriptions. MDR DOES NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION OR USER DATA TO ANYONE. MDR maintains records of all of our present and prior clients including contact information, financial transactions, usernames, and passwords; however, user passwords are encrypted and thus not accessible by MDR. Once information is provided to us, such as contact information for subscription services, we may keep such information indefinitely; provided that upon request by a user, MDR will delete such user’s data and information. Clients can have information corrected or changed at any time and as often as necessary by contacting us.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our readers or clients (both present and past) to anyone, except as permitted by law. As the law permits, we may share information about you with third parties who customarily provide services for your accounts in the ordinary course of MDR’s business, including MDR’s server company, subscription-processing company, and customer management software. Unless otherwise specified, all subscriptions will be automatically renewed using the payment information provided at the time of subscribing. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and are non-refundable. Users may opt out of the Service, and request deletion of their data and information, by unsubscribing from MDR e-mailing lists, cancelling their MDR subscription, and/or contacting MDR to request that their information be deleted.
